West Ham After Another Left Back
According to The Times West Ham have made an approach to Leicester City regarding Joe Mattock, the England Under-21 player. Matlock plays at left-back, a position that West Ham currently have no cover for.

in fifa he is a midfielder and in the pro evo champioship patch he is a midfielder
Wikipedia has him down as a left defender / left midfielder. In the text they refer to him as a defender in the main.
His profile on the Leicester City official site calls him a 'young left-back' and describes his position as defender. They do say this though,
"Predominantly a left back, Mattock has also been known to fill in on the left hand side of midfield."
