Dyer & Spector Back in Action
Kieron Dyer and Jonathan Spector both played Thursday afternoon in a West Ham XI against a Major League Soccer select squad. Dyer played for an hour before being substituted (it was decided beforehand for him to play only for 60 minutes).
Freddie Sears scored twice in a game that the West Ham side won 3-2. Matthew Etherington, Walter Lopez, Jack Collison and Diego Tristan all featured for West Ham as well.

Replace Cole with Sears!
and replace faubrt with collison !
Replace Neil with my Nan, she is faster of 10 yards now she has had her hip done !!!
