West Ham to Sell Bellamy

According to today's Daily Mirror West Ham have put Craig Bellamy up for sale and want £6 million for the striker.

Hmm - a new five year contract for Carlton Cole whilst selling Bellamy.

The paper says the club would rather sell Bellamy and hold on to Green and Upson. This of course contradicts The Daily Mirror's own 'exclusive' of just a few days ago, which claimed Upson and Green were two of six players West Ham were going to sell in January.

Am I being naive or do you think these papers just make these stories up?
