West Ham Third

According to Opta West Ham have the third best defensive record in recent games, behind Liverpool and Man Utd. West Ham, who had previously gone 24 games without keeping a clean sheet have now not conceded in three games (or 273 minutes). If Sp#rs are goaless on Monday it will be the first time that West Ham have gone four games without conceding in the Premier League.

The problems for West Ham are now at the other end of the pitch. West Ham have failed to score more than one goal in a Premier League game since their win over Fulham over two months ago.

So despite West Ham's recent improvement in defence West Ham manager Zola has some way to go to match his predecessor in the job. Alan Curbishley won 37% of the games he was in charge of at West Ham.

Zola's win ratio is currently 27%.
