April Fools Day Comes Early

According to KUMB Leeds United are the latest in a long line of ambulance chasers to consider suing West Ham.

The Leeds United website claim that they 'missed out on payments in relation to Premiership survival for the transfers of Rob Hulse, Matthew Kilgallon, and Ian Bennett'

Ken Bates speaking on Yorkshire Radio this morning added,

"We sold a number of players to Sheffield United with contingencies. When they got relegated on the last day of the season we missed out on a substantial sum. That's what we lost and if they are being compensated for their loss we believe we should be compensated for our loss.

"There are other clubs in the same boat who have similar claims. Ours is the biggest claim and it would be nice to collect that and strengthen our squad. We are currently taking advice on it and won't be commenting further at this time.
"

For our younger readers, who might not have heard of Leeds United, they were once a proud football team. Now unfortunately they are a joke of the highest order determined to ruin what last self -respect they might have had.

Ken Bates, on the other hand, has never had any pride and whilst chairman of Chelsea thought that it would be a good idea to electrocute the inhabitants of Stamford Bridge.
