West Ham Knocked Back By Addicks
Alan Curbishley claims West Ham are not attempting to sign Bent but Sky Sports report that they have had a bid of £2.5 million turned down for Charlton defender Hermann Hreidarsson.
As an Icelandic international Hreidarsson is presumably well known by West Ham chairman Eggert Magnusson.

No, No, No, what the hell is going on at West Ham I saw this clown play for Charlton earlier in the season, he was terrible we have enough terrible defenders, would someone stop Curbs spending money turning us into Charlton! Its infuriating having money to spend and we bring in rubbish like Boa Morte and Quashie. Don't just expand the squad improve it. I'm fast starting to think Curbs was not right for the job.
