Craig Bellamy and Danny Gabbidon have pulled out of Wales' friendly this week because of a 'lack of match fitness'. Both players are due to play in especially arranged friendly today against QPR. Julien Faubert and Bobby Zamora are also expected to feature in the friendly.

West Ham Under 18's earned an impressive 0-2 win away to Arsenal under 18's on Saturday. The Arsenal youngsters beat West Ham 6-1 in the home fixture earlier in the season so this was a good come back from the Under 18's. Daniel Kearns and Freddie Sears scored West Ham's goals.

Pantsil played well today in helping Ghana through to the semi-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations. Ghana came back from 1-0 down against Nigeria to win 2-1 despite playing the last 30 minutes with only ten men after John Mensah was dismissed.
