Dyer Delighted to be Back

Kieron Dyer said he is 'delighted' to be back in training with West Ham after being out of the game for eleven months.

"I joined in with everything. We had a warm-up, a keep-ball session and finished off with a little match," he said.

"It's been a very long time but it felt good and I'm absolutely delighted to be back. I got through the session with no setbacks or reaction. It's just so good to be involved again. I had a few setbacks but have been able to put all that behind me now. I've worked hard to get through it all.

"Once the pre-season fixtures came out, I noticed we were playing Ipswich. I thought that would be a good game to pencil in for my return."
