Hampton and Richmond 2-4 West Ham

Craig Bellamy scored in both halves, whilst Noble and Hines both also got on the score sheet in West Ham's first pre-season friendly against Hampton and Richmond.

West Ham now jet off to the USA and then Canada for the next two friendlies against Columbus Crew and the MLS All-Stars.

great to see bellamy get on the score sheet, twice is very healthy for his first game back..

suprised no inclusion of tomkins or sears, but hopefully we will see them given a runout against the yanks..
ahh, the premiership is just around the corner now =)
