West Ham to Sign Behrami Today
According to The Independent West Ham will today complete the signing of Swiss international Valon Behrami for £5 million. The Independent claim that the signing does not mean that West Ham will sell captain Lucas Neill, although intriguingly the paper says "they are expecting to receive bids for the Australia international".

good signing. we lacked any strength in depth at fullbacks. still slightly hoping neill goes, he still has some quality but mainly due to captancy of the club..
noble or parker would fill the role better
Good Bye Mr Neill it looks like , West Ham will not pay £5 mill for a guy to sit on the bench, and you can bet your life he will not be on the silly money Lucas is on. I like Neill but though that some how he just got "slow" at the end of the season almost as if some had flicked a switch and it turned him sluggish, looked a bit heavey as well.( glashouses and stones in my case)
