Curs Wants £3m Compo

Alan Curbishley is claiming £3 million from West Ham for constructive dismissal'. Curbishley believes he is entitled to the two years wages that remained on his £1.5 million-a-year contract.

Curbishley claims he was forced to resign as the club sold off his players in the summer without his agreement. West Ham claim Alan Curbishley was at meetings where the need to sell players was decided upon and claim they have the minutes to prove it.
