West Ham Prepared to Lose Zamora
Now that Ashton has signed a new contract with West Ham the newspapers seem loathe to make up stories about him - therefore their attentions have turned elsewhere.
First off the mark are The Times who say that West Ham are prepared to let Bobby Zamora leave. But The Times only get a 'C' for effort as they can't even be bothered to invent some teams to link him with.

Given the ongoing fitness issues with Bellamy ,it s highly unlikely that we ll let go of Zamora ,unless we found a better replacement first. If the club,including the owner ,wud have learned anything from last season, and from the relegation of 2003, it is that we cannot risk being short options upfront. To do so wud be penny wise and pound foolish. Again. And with much worse consequences this time.
