West Ham Accept City Offer for Bellamy

According to the BBC (Match of the Day) West Ham today received increased offers from Man City and Tottenham for Craig Bellamy. However Scott Duxbury said West Ham would not do business with Tottenh#m.

West Ham have instead accepted a lower offer from Man City and Bellamy will be travelling to Manchester tomorrow to discuss personal terms and undergo a medical.

The Times say Zola has been told he can spend the proceeds from Bellamy's sale in the transfer market (although elsewhere in the very same article they claim West Ham have to sell Bellamy to reduce their bank overdraft by £10 million this month). The Times claim West Ham are considering Pablo Osvaldo as a replacement after the former Italy Under 21 striker was told that he can leave Fiorentina if they receive a £7 million transfer fee.
