CAS to Rule on Whether it Can Rule in November

In an indication of what could be to come, CAS have announced that they will take until late November to decide if they can arbitrate between West Ham and Sheffield United. If it takes them more than a month just to decide if they can hold a hearing then any resulting hearing is likely to take a very long time.

I can't see Sheffield United robbing West Ham any time soon.
